In Buckhead, and just kind of excited about some progress. I’m going to flip it around and let you guys kind of see. We’ve got our foundation poured and pretty soon we’re going to be able to build this damn house. So let’s take a look around and I’ll swap. There we go. So the concrete pour went well and our foundation walls are up and going finally!
Greg:
This is going to get moving along, so we’re excited about that!

Heck yeah!

This is the backside of the house. It’s going to be where our three car garage is going to be, and partial basement, right?
Brent:
Yes.

OK, so.
Brent:
So right in here, it’s going to be the three car garage.

Yep.

And up towards the front up there will be a partial basement where you’ll have some access and I mean this is, we haven’t poured the slab yet, but that’s coming next.

All right, so the next thing is they’ll be a monolith slab poured in this area. Is that right?
Brent:
Yes. Right in here. Yeah, the whole base…, this will all be one big slab right here.
Greg:
Gotcha. OK, cool. Very good. And you can kind of see the backyard and it does go way back. It’s a beautiful piece of property and it’s nice and level. And that’s the view of the street of Howell Mill. So that’s going to be from the back of the house.
